Your first hour at the estate
You arrive by private transfer directly to the estate. There are no shared waiting areas or public reception spaces, so other clients aren’t visible on arrival. The team meets you at the door.
You’re shown to your private suite and given time to settle in. The first hour is peaceful, allowing you to settle in. Someone from the team checks in with you, answers any immediate questions, and explains what the next day or two will look like. Nothing formal starts until you’re ready.
The estate itself does a lot of the work here. It’s a converted country house in private Northamptonshire grounds. You’ll be greeted by a quiet, unhurried atmosphere that’s nothing like a hospital.

The first few days
Your clinical assessment takes place in the first day or two. This is a conversation with your psychologist to understand your history, your pattern of use, and what you need from the programme. It is the foundation of your treatment.
Your programme builds gradually after that. Individual therapy and holistic therapies are introduced over the following days rather than all at once.
