Specialists who have been where you are

Matthew founded Charterhouse Clinic with more than two decades of experience across every level of addiction treatment. He’s spent his career developing the expertise to know exactly what a programme of this quality should look like, and he built it.

Leticia is the clinical lead at Charterhouse Clinic. She designs the therapeutic programme that underpins every treatment plan, combining formal psychological training with years of intensive residential experience. All clinical content on this site is reviewed by her.

Madissar brings over 20 years of senior experience in substance misuse services to the day-to-day running of Charterhouse Clinic. As someone who has been through recovery himself, he understands what a well-run treatment environment means to the people inside it.

Raised in Kenya, Chef Juliian grew up around hospitality, developing an early appreciation for service, detail, and quality food. After training in Bristol, he spent eight years in London’s professional kitchens, working with chefs including Gordon Ramsay, Mitch Tonks, and Julian Marshall, as well as within the Soho House Group.

Halema Nazir is a Registered Learning Disability Nurse with dual qualifications in Nursing and Social Work, specialising in mental health and substance misuse services. She has experience across secure, rehabilitation, and specialist drug and alcohol settings, supporting individuals with complex co-occurring conditions.
