Raised in Kenya, Chef Juliian grew up around hospitality, developing an early appreciation for service, detail, and quality food. After training in Bristol, he spent eight years in London’s professional kitchens, working with chefs including Gordon Ramsay, Mitch Tonks, and Julian Marshall, as well as within the Soho House Group.

He later returned to Kenya to lead culinary operations across several luxury safari lodges, focusing on menu development, team training, and high-quality dining in remote environments. Over the years, he has cooked for private clients, professional athletes, and high-profile families across residences, yachts, and private jets. He is also fluent in French, allowing him to work comfortably in international settings
